Astra is a Faerie-based FC that's building a community of people who want to share and learn new content in FFXIV.

About Us

Astra is a passion project born out of our leads' desires to take content that may seem intimidating, difficult, or complex, and make it accessible to anyone who has the desire to try it. It wasn't long ago that we were new to the game, new to raiding, and new to high-end content, and needed a friend or two to show us the way. Now that we've made ourselves more familiar with these things, it's our turn to be the friend! We love teaching and learning, and that passion is the core of our little community.While high-end content and raiding is most certainly a specialty of ours, our experience covers a wide band of FFXIV content! We've tackled ultimates, raids, Bozja and Eureka, deep dungeons, relic weapons, crafting and gathering, GPosing, and more.While all this talk of high-end content may make us seem intimidating, I promise we're not! We're also sprout- and returner-friendly, and love playing through MSQ and discussing characters, story, and lore with our members who are not necessarily all about that raiding life. If you're looking for a positive community, whether you'd like to try new content or not, we may be a good fit for you!Astra is sprout and veteran friendly, LGBTQ+ owned and operated, and home to players of all skill levels!

Hello everyone! You can call me Ely. I've been playing Final Fantasy XIV for about three years now, and I can truly say I've explored and adored virtually every aspect of the game. I got my start in high-end raiding when my FC cleared UWU, and since then, it's been one of my favorite things to do! If I'm not raiding, you can find me grinding Heaven-on-High, progging Alo Alo Savage, or GPosing my character!

Ada D'cannith

Guild Leader - They/Them

Hi! I'm Ada, one of the officers for Astra. Currently my biggest focus is in savage and ultimate content, but I also enjoy adventuring forays (Bozja/Eureka), relic grinding, and frontline. I am very much into high-end optimizations and am happy to help learn fight timelines to optimize damage output. For jobs I tend to stick to casters, having played mostly SMN and am currently perfecting BLM in savage content, but in general tend to enjoy DPS the most.
